Enables or disables the Input Method Editor (IME).

Parameters
hwnd
Type: IntPtr[in] Handle to the editor window.
fDisable
Type: Int32[in] Boolean. If true, disables the IME and destroys the context. Otherwise, activates the IME and attaches the context to the editor window.
perr
Type: array<Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.VSIME_ERR[][out] Pointer to an error value, a value from the VSIME_ERR enumeration. IMENORMAL indicates no error. IMENTOLD indicates there is no IME active.
Return Value
Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
