Call this member function to load the toolbar specified by lpszResourceName or nIDResource.

Parameters
lpszResourceName
Pointer to the resource name of the toolbar to be loaded.nIDResource
Resource ID of the toolbar to be loaded.
Return Value
Nonzero if successful; otherwise 0.
