Gets the replica creation method for a protection group.

Detailed Description
The Get-DPMReplicaCreationMethod cmdlet gets the replica creation method for a protection group. The replica creation method specifies when System Center 2012 – Data Protection Manager (DPM) initiates the creation of a replica.
You can change the replica creation method by using the Set-DPMReplicaCreationMethod cmdlet.
Parameters
-ProtectionGroup<ProtectionGroup>
Specifies a protection group for which this cmdlet gets the replica creation method. To obtain a ProtectionGroup object, use the Get-DPMProtectionGroup cmdlet.

Example 1: Get the replica creation method
The first command gets the protection group on the DPM server named DPMServer02, and then stores the group in the $PGroup variable.
