Returns a value of 1 if the contents of the file are prevented from being included in the full-text index and if the server is using the built-in Wide Area Information Server (WAIS) text indexing engine of Microsoft FrontPage. If the Tripoli/Index server indexing engine is in use, this value is ignored.
