WebPart.Render Method

Renders the control to the specified HTML writer. This method is inherited from the System.Web.UI.Control class.

Parameters

• writer
  Type: System.Web.UI.HtmlTextWriter

  The HtmlTextWriter object that receives the server control content.

Remarks

Although the Render method of the WebPart base class is defined to be overridden, it is not recommended that you do so. Instead, to implement the rendering for a Web Part, override the RenderWebPart method.
