updateVendInvoiceDeclaration_IS

Description

Updates the <c>VendTable</c>, <c>PurchTable</c>, <c>LedgerJournalTrans</c>, <c>VendInvoiceJour</c> tables. These tables now hold the RecID instead of declarationID field from the VendInvoiceDeclaration_IS table.
