Updates the AccountNumIdx index in the CustomsImportInvoiceVendAcctSetup_IN table to not allow duplicate records.

Remarks

After updating the CustomsImportInvoiceNumberTable surrogate key field with the value of the RecId field of the table, the AccountNumIdx index is reset to not allow duplicate records.
