updateLanguageId

Description

This method updates the old language IDs from Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 to the new language IDs that are used in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. All the tables that have a language ID field will be updated.
