SkiModeValidation.Validate Method

Checks whether the value parameter contains one of the following strings: "ThumbprintSHA1", "CAPI", or "RFC3280".

Throws a ConfigurationErrorsException if the parameter does not contain any one of the following strings: "ThumbprintSHA1", "CAPI", or "RFC3280".
