SoapFormatException | The root element is not a SOAP <Envelope> element. -or- The root element has an invalid namespace. -or- The SOAP envelope contains more than one <Header> or <Body> element. -or- The SOAP envelope contains elements other than <Header> or <Body>. |
Remarks
If the SOAP envelope's declaration contains an encoding value, this method sets the Encoding property to that value.
