Remarks

A security token manager parses tokens from incoming SOAP messages. WSE uses an EncryptedKeyTokenManager when a SOAP message that contains a <EncryptedKey> element is received. To change the default handling of encrypted key tokens, derive a class from EncryptedKeyTokenManager, override the appropriate methods, and add the name of your class to the sender and receiver's configuration file using the <securityTokenManager> element. For more information, see How to: Create a Security Token Manager for a Custom Security Token. When you use the default EncryptedKeyTokenManager, no configuration elements are required.
