Property Value

true if the SOAP message is a SOAP request; otherwise, false.

Remarks

If the SOAP message is a one-way SOAP message ( IsOneWay is true ), then the IsOneWay property is also true.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
