| Invalid | 0 | All Service Fabric enumerations have a reserved Invalid flag. |
| AveragePartitionLoadTrigger | 1 | Indicates a trigger where scaling decisions are made based on average load of a partition. |
| AverageServiceLoadTrigger | 2 | Indicates a trigger where scaling decisions are made based on average load of a service. |
