Gets the IProgress<T> instance to use for updating the progress of the operation that is reported to the user.

Returns IProgress<T>.

Remarks

If Report(T) is invoked on the UI thread, this method will report progress and update the dialog immediately. If Report(T) is invoked from another thread, the dialog will be updated asynchronously when SwitchToMainThreadAsync(CancellationToken) can reach the UI thread.
