Gets the DeletedSecret. You should await WaitForCompletionAsync(CancellationToken) before attempting to purge or recover a secret in this pending state.

Remarks
Azure Key Vault will return a DeletedSecret immediately but may take time to actually delete the secret if soft-delete is enabled.
