Leaving feedback

Users can leave feedback about their experience with your bot instance. Receiving feedback can help you improve custom scenarios to better serve your customers.

Users wishing to leave feedback about their interaction with the bot can use the "feedback" command. Users can leave feedback at any point during the interaction with your bot. The bot prompts the user for feedback and provides the details in the feedback reports available in the tenant portal.

The default feedback card can be configured within a descriptive scenario, or using the built-in feedback language model (entering feedback).

Important

When end user authentication is enabled you'll see the relevant userID in the feedback reports. If the end user isn't authenticated, we don't show the userID.
