Sometimes, when you have an active tool window, you just want access to the toolbar at the top without having to reach over and use your mouse:

A little known fact is that you do this very easily for any active tool window by simply pressing SHIFT + ALT:

Now you can use your ARROW keys to move between toolbar items and just press ENTER to "press" the button you choose.
