Are you tired of having wimpy brace matching rectangles? Do the other developers make fun of your default colors? Are you finding it hard to get a date? Well, we can help you with the first two problems, at least. First, let's begin by looking at the default colors for the brace matching rectangles:
Not cool. Now just go to Tools -> Options -> Fonts and Colors -> Display Items and choose "Brace Matching (Rectangle)":
Now choose your new options:
And watch as they marvel at your amazing new brace matching bling:

Hey Now Zain, Nice. orange is a preference, let us remember the hotkey Ctrl + } which will move the cursor focus to the other bracket. Great Post! Thx 4 the info, CattoAnonymous

This is nice but there is a problem, the color choice is re-used for selecting tags within the HTML Source Editor. I don't see how that has anything to do with brace matching, and unfortunately you can only configure the background color so it's hard to get something that works under both scenarios.
