[Mitigated] Experiencing issues with Social Search

We discovered an issue with a partner endpoint - this was corrected, and Social Search should now be functioning correctly.

We are currently investigating issues with social search (https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/search) were customers may receive an error page when trying to search.
