Examples could include integration with Windows 7 (site pinning, jumplists), use of hardware acceleration, or utilising the power of HTML5. By entering the IE9-Ready Website Competition ("Competition") you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Terms & Conditions. To enter you must email your submission to msdnnz@microsoft.com describing the IE9 supported functionality (Windows 7 integration, HTML5, hardware acceleration) provided by your website, and include appropriate links. Submissions must be received by Microsoft NZ by 5pm 28 Feb 2011. Microsoft NZ is not responsible for entries not received and incomplete, illegible, 'hacked' or otherwise fraudulent entries are not valid. Open to NZ residents only. One submission only per website. Submissions to be judged by Microsoft NZ based on degree of use of IE9 supported functionality and quality of implementation. The judge’s decision in relation to the winner, or any other aspect of the Competition, will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will receive Prezzy Cards worth $200. Winner to be advised via return email before 11 March 2011. If you accept a prize, you will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to accepting the prize. To the extent permitted by law, Microsoft NZ, its retailers, suppliers, associated companies and agencies will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered as a result of your participation in the Competition.
