live like (or google like) keyword search tool for workitems

It is popular request in WIT forums for a tool where keywords can be typed to search across all fields in all workitems. Doing that would be costly for server perf in V1, but we could do it for selected fields. I came across a tool posted here that does this while giving thought on performance impact and providing a template to reduce such impact.
