Product Key system is can't be access on MSdn Subscriptions site. any new son this when it will be fixed. [Chris responds: We've contacted the team about the product key issue. They are working on it now.]Anonymous

Subscriber downloads section doesn't work with IE8 Beta.Anonymous

Bill: We are aware that the site does not work with IE8 Beta. From our FAQ under system requirements: "Beta versions of Internet Explorer 8, as well as Safari browsers do not properly render the Benefits Portal site content or functionality." We are engaging with other teams on this to address compatibility.Anonymous

Basically the UI is infuriating. Our company paid good money for the subscription and yet the subscriber number field does not let one enter the entire number. [Chris responds: I'm not sure what you are referring to. Please contact me privately.]Anonymous
