Windows 8 AQL (AppQuality Lab) #3 and #4 (FINAL)
We are excited to announce that due to huge demands, Microsoft has decided to extend the Application Excellence (AE) Lab to everyone and it is now open for registration.
Microsoft wants developers to be able to get their apps into the Windows Store as easily and quickly as possible and this is one of our investment to make sure you are on the right path to create the best Windows 8 app.
What happens at the AE Lab is that you get the opportunity to bring your Windows 8 app and you can get the insights and verify of what it takes to publish onto Windows Store by a trained Microsoft Services Engineer. This is a 2 hour engagement in a private session between you and the trained Microsoft Services Engineer to ensure the best attention to you and your app.
The sessions are limited each day and the following are the dates for AE Lab:
Round 1: 10th September to 14th September 2012 (#3)
Round 2: 24th September to 28th September 2012 (#4 – FINAL)
In order to participate in this AE Lab, you will need to nominate your app to us by means of sending us an email to nommywin8@microsoft.com . Please include your name, email, company (if individual, just state individual), telephone and description of your app. The due date to do this is by 31st Aug 2012. Once you have been nominated, you will get a link to register yourself on a slot based on the dates above.
