Looking for a Windows SharePoint Services User Administration Web Part

Before I sit down and right one, maybe someone out there can point me to something that's already been done ...

I'm running Windows SharePoint Services in a public/private mode ... public landing site with anonymous readership followed by a private, members-only site.  It's all hosted on Windows SharePoint Services running on Windows Server 2003 in a workgroup.  I want a Web Part that enables me to manage users in the local Windows security database:

  • Create new users
  • Change user passwords
  • Delete users

On the end-user side, I want the same Web Part to enable users to change their own password.  Armed with this, provisioning of users would be a cakewalk.

    i am trying to chnage the date format form m/d/yyyy(10-20-2005) to oct 20.2005 . so i opend the apsx page in FP and open the webpart in data view and formated the date to the one i like . works fine till here .
    when i go the browser and try to access the pulldown menu ( view ,edit ..) for a list /task items . it throws a exception or error saying the list doesnot exist.
    other than this every thing is working fine . cna u help me in this
