A former OneNote tester is writing a book and you can help!
Patricia Walsh was a tester on the OneNote team until around a year ago. She left us after setting what I believe to be a world record for Class 6 athletes in the Iron Man Triathlon. She completed the Houston Tri last year in 11:50. Anyway, that was enough for her to go pro and now she is crowd funding a book about her life up to this point. You can hop over here to get some details if you like: https://www.indiegogo.com/BlindAmbition?show\_todos=true As a representation of how talented she is, I just got this email from her with this line: "This evening I received a call from the United States Association of Triathlon to learn that I won my second consecutive athlete of the year award for the United States. " That's some really great news!
She was definitely an inspiration to us while she was here and I hope to see and read her book! And if you want to get in touch with her, hop over to Blind Ambition. She runs a speaking service in Austin, Texas, in addition to her athletic work.
I've been waiting to post some new about this for a while and it is a relief to finally see it happen.
Questions, comments, concerns and criticisms always welcome,
John
