Two Mobile Sync Troubleshooting tips

Here's two tips for those guys that knocking their heads off with problems with mobile Sync. The first issue is with users quota...yes my friend's is true if you have a user that has is mailbox lockdown because of a quota issue he won't be able to sync is mobile device. The second one is for those that for some reason haven't upgrade your E2K3 to SP2, there's a reported problem for users that their primary SMTP domain isn't the default of the organization....just follow this KB886346, the symptoms are usually http error 500 the solution just follow the article, or just apply SP2!!!!
