Pennsylvania Local Tax Act 32, will Microsoft Dynamics GP support it?

There has been some recent ramblings around the Pennsylvania Local Tax Act 32, will Microsoft Dynamics GP be able to handle this, do you have a release coming out?
As you all know, traditionally, we do not support local taxes in general, just state and federal, or we would never get any features in our product :-).

This is a local tax, effective January 2012 the employers and employees need to comply too.
Users will have to now keep track of the PSD codes for employees and there will be a PA employee’s certification of residency form that is required from each PA employee to fill out similar to the W4.

I have talked with Greenshades and they will be supplying something (as they specialize in local taxes) for customers to purchase if they need this tax.
