Business Portal 5.0 or 5.1 Human Resources Self Service Suite e-mail notifications are not working

Customers are upgrading to Business Portal 5.0 or 5.1 and Human Resource Self Service Suite e-mail notifications are not working as they did on prior versions.

Managers may not receive e-mail notifications in Human Resources Self Service Suite for Business Portal for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010

This will be included in the next patch for Business Portal 5.1 as well.

    Hi, My company will start the upgrade of Business Portal form 5.0 to 5.1 to fix the e-mail notifications etc... What input can you give us in this matter/issue at hand? Tanks,

    Thanks for the question on the blog.  This was released after R2 so no, it is not included, it will get included in the next BP service pack release.   Carlos it is great to see you upgrading to 5.1.  Once upgraded follow the KB steps and emails will work fine.  Thanks! Terry Heley
