Working with Containers

Hello. I'm Mark West, a dev at Microsoft, currently working with apps on Containers. I'm not a dev on THE Container team, I'm on a team that's trying to get every possible kind of service app out of VMs that reside either on-premises or in the Cloud and into a modern platform like Service Fabric or Containers. Sometimes the apps get re-written and sometimes not. Like any good dev I want to be writing apps from the ground up for modern architecture. I have been doing that, but at the moment we need to get those old apps out of VMs one way or another.
