DPM v2 Webcast now available

I've blogged in the past on DPM v1, here is a Webcast you can view online or download on the new features and abilities in v2...with loads of demo's.  SP1 for DPM V1 is also covered.

Microsoft System Center Data Protection Manager (DPM) 2006 is a key member of the System Center family of management products designed to help IT professionals manage their Windows environment. In September, Microsoft announced the release of a public beta of Data Protection Manager version 2 (DPMv2). Join this Webcast to learn how DPMv2 enables better backups, in addition to rapid and reliable recoveries for both IT professionals and users. We show you how DPM significantly reduces the costs and complexities associated with data protection through advanced technology for enterprises of all sizes. After a brief overview of DPM version 1, we focus on the new protection features in DPMv2, including supporting Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, and Microsoft SharePoint products and technologies with a combination of disk and tape for overall protection. Demonstrations of beta code that highlight the new features and usage scenarios are included.
