RSAT Management Goes RTM
Last week I wrote in this space about the Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT) for Windows 8. Today I am pleased to announce that the RSAT package for the final release (RTM) of Windows 8 is now available. Make sure you download them here.
Although it may not be strictly necessary, I always recommend removing any pre-release software and reboot before installing the new version.
Now that Windows Server 2012 is live, and so many of you with TechNet, MSDN, MAPS, MPN, and VL subscriptions are running the RTM bits of Windows 8, it is important to be able to manage the servers from our workstations… especially those of us running our servers in Server Core mode!
Download the RTM bits for the Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 8 here!

Hi Mehmet, I've been able to confirm that RSAT will work with both Win8 Pro and Win8 Enterprise. I've let our internal web team know, so hopefully it'll get updated soon.Anonymous

Hi Ruth, have you heard of the issue with non-english locale's requiring the en-us mui to complete installation. See Bartek's post near end of this thread. social.technet.microsoft.com/.../6d8745e0-c4c1-463a-b4bb-09f6c9c22527Anonymous

Hi Knuckle-Dragger, The link that you have published is incomplete. I have not heard of any issues like you mention, but that does not mean that there aren't any. Please send me the complete link to b-mitchg@microsoft.com and I will investigate. -MDG
