Modèles Sudoers pour l’élévation dans le cadre de la surveillance UNIX/Linux

Une surveillance efficace des systèmes d’exploitation UNIX ou Linux nécessite des autorisations élevées sur le système client pour les tâches de surveillance et de maintenance. Il existe des modèles de configuration sudoers fournis dans cet article pour l’opéraabilité de base.

Introduction

Pour utiliser des comptes sudo pour la surveillance avec Operations Manager, les configurations doivent être mises en place pour autoriser l’élévation des comptes RunAs à l’aide de sudo. Les exigences générales pour les comptes utilisés par Operations Manager avec élévation sudo sont les suivantes :

  • Les comptes doivent avoir RequireTTY désactivé en tant que paramètre par défaut.
  • Les comptes doivent être configurés pour élever avec NOPASSWD.
  • Les comptes doivent avoir la « conférence » qui s’affiche généralement lors de la connexion, et lors de l’élévation à l’aide de sudo, désactivée.

Les modèles fournis spécifient les commandes qui permettent aux comptes d’identification configurés d’exécuter des tâches nécessitant des autorisations élevées telles que :

  • Installation de l’agent
  • Mise à niveau de l’agent
  • Désinstallation de l’agent
  • Surveillance des journaux système
  • Redémarrage des services d’agent
  • Faciliter la création de certificats d’authentification

Utilisation des modèles

Sélectionnez le modèle approprié pour votre système d’exploitation et remplacez les exemples de comptes par les noms d’utilisateur de votre compte d’identification, notamment d’autres personnalisations organisationnelles si nécessaire.

Dans chaque modèle, il existe deux comptes définis et mappés aux comptes d’identification standard comme suit :

Compte d'identification Nom d’utilisateur
Compte d’action UNIX/Linux scomuser
Compte de maintenance UNIX/Linux scomadm

Une fois mis à jour avec les noms d’utilisateur corrects et toutes les modifications supplémentaires, le modèle doit être ajouté à la configuration sudoers du système client. Il existe généralement deux façons d’ajouter des configurations sudo, soit en modifiant directement le ou /etc/sudo.conf le /etc/sudoers fichier (selon le système d’exploitation), soit en ajoutant un fichier « drop in » sous /etc/sudoers.d (ex. /etc/sudoers.d/scom). Lorsque vous utilisez la méthode ExecuteShellScript pour exécuter des scripts avec élévation de privilèges, ajoutez la ligne suivante à votre fichier sudoers pour votre utilisateur :

Cette ligne est requise, car la méthode ExecuteShellScript copie le contenu du script avec élévation de privilèges dans un fichier temporaire avec un nom de fichier généré de manière aléatoire et tmpdir l’exécutez à partir de là.

Lorsque vous utilisez la méthode ExecuteShellCommand pour exécuter des commandes avec élévation de privilèges, ajoutez un élément semblable à celui-ci dans votre fichier sudoers :

  • /bin/sh est l’interpréteur de commandes par défaut de l’utilisateur exécutant la commande et (dans cet exemple).
  • /usr/bin/vmstat -c est la commande que vous souhaitez exécuter.
scomuser ALL=(root) NOPASSWD: /bin/sh -c /usr/bin/vmstat -c

Il ne doit pas y avoir de guillemets autour de la commande, car seul l’interpréteur de commandes les reconnaît, sudo ne le fait pas.

Dépannage

Journal des erreurs Sudo

L’une des meilleures façons de résoudre les échecs d’authentification liés aux configurations sudoers peut être d’inspecter le journal sudo sur l’hôte de l’agent.

  • Pour les systèmes d’exploitation RedHat, l’emplacement du journal par défaut est /var/log/secure.
  • Pour les systèmes d’exploitation Debian, l’emplacement du journal par défaut est /var/log/auth.log.

Vérifiez le /etc/sudoers fichier du logfile paramètre pour voir où le journal est en cours d’écriture si vous utilisez un autre système d’exploitation ou un emplacement de journal personnalisé.

Invites de mot de passe et délais d’expiration

Par défaut, sudo demande un mot de passe si une commande n’est pas configurée pour NOPASSWD l’utilisateur, il n’existe aucune fonctionnalité permettant d’entrer automatiquement des mots de passe lorsque vous y êtes invité et interrompt la surveillance. Pour éviter les problèmes étendus s’il NOPASSWD n’est pas configuré pour une commande, la recommandation consiste à configurer l’option suivante dans sudoers pour le compte d’utilisateur :

Defaults:scomuser passwd_tries = 1, passwd_timeout = 1

Cet exemple montre comment définir un délai d’expiration d’invite de mot de passe d’une minute pour l’utilisateur scomuser, ce qui permet à la commande d’échouer rapidement si un problème de configuration sudo existe.
