Creates and joins an ad-hoc multiparty conversation.

Resource description

startOnlineMeeting allows an application to create and join an ad-hoc online meeting. This is particularly useful when a user invites a group of contacts to the meeting.

The user must have at least one of these scopes for operations on the resource to be allowed.
