Deletes a data collection rule.

DELETE https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.Insights/dataCollectionRules/{dataCollectionRuleName}?api-version=2023-03-11

With optional parameters:

DELETE https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.Insights/dataCollectionRules/{dataCollectionRuleName}?deleteAssociations={deleteAssociations}&api-version=2023-03-11
