Public Property ControlPoint1 As Point
public Point ControlPoint1 { get; set; }
<KeySpline ControlPoint1="x,y"/>

XAML Values

  • x
    The X value of the Point that specifies the end point.

  • y
    The Y value of a Point that specifies the end point.

Property Value

Type: System.Windows.Point
The first control point used to define a Bezier curve that describes a KeySpline.

Remarks

XAML object element syntax for KeySpline (to fill a KeySpline property in property element syntax) is possible but not common. It is more common to use attribute syntax on a KeySpline property and use the type conversion behavior to specify both ControlPoint1 and ControlPoint2 in a single string.

ControlPoint1 and ControlPoint2 are "logical points", not points in an actual onscreen coordinate system. See "Logical Points" section in Point.

The XAML syntax for this property specifies a new Point as a string. The delimiter between the x and y values of the point can be either a comma or a space. Note that the comma usage has potential to clash with the usage of comma as the decimal point in some UI cultures. For more information, see the "XAML Attribute Syntax" section of Point.
