Property Value

Type: System.String
The name of the type of syndication content.

Remarks

This property is abstract, so it must be accessed on an instance of a syndication content type (a class derived from SyndicationContent). The .NET Framework defines the following syndication content types:

• TextSyndicationContent

• UrlSyndicationContent

• XmlSyndicationContent

• This class contains a number of static helper methods for creating the various types of syndication content:

• CreateHtmlContent(String)

• CreatePlaintextContent(String)

• CreateUrlContent(Uri, String)

• CreateXhtmlContent(String)

• CreateXmlContent(Object)

• CreateXmlContent(Object, XmlSerializer)

• CreateXmlContent(Object, XmlSerializer)
