AssemblyAlgorithmIdAttribute Constructor (UInt32)

Initializes a new instance of the AssemblyAlgorithmIdAttribute class with the specified hash algorithm, using an unsigned integer to represent the hash algorithm.

This API is not CLS-compliant.
