Problem The Windows Server® Administrative Tools and user interface can be used to manage Windows SBS 2011 Standard applications. However, if you change the settings of applications in Windows SBS 2011 Standard by using the native server tools in Windows Server, you might not be able to manage the applications by using the Windows SBS 2011 Standard Console.
Solution Open the Windows SBS 2011 Standard Console in Advanced Mode, and then use the Manage Server Applications page to view and manage the applications that are installed on your server that is running Windows SBS 2011 Standard.
To access the Manage Server Applications page
Click Start, click All Programs, click Windows Small Business Server, and then click Windows SBS Console (Advanced Mode).
If the User Account Control dialog box appears, confirm that the action it displays is what you want, and then click Yes.
Click the Network tab, and then click Computers.
Click the name of the server that is running Windows SBS 2011 Standard, and then, in the tasks pane, click Manage Server Applications.
The Manage Server Applications page is displayed.
To view information about an application, click the application, and then in the tasks pane, click What is this application?
