The Internet Address Management Wizard creates a Send connector, which controls the outbound connections from the sending server to the receiving server or destination e-mail system. You must remove the Send connector to uninstall Exchange Server.
To remove the Send connector
Start the Exchange Management Console.
In the console tree, expand Organization Configuration, and then click Hub Transport.
In the Hub Transport pane, click the Send Connectors tab.
Right-click Windows SBS Internet Send <ServerName>, click Remove, and then click Yes to confirm that you want to remove the connector.
