Use fax cover pages that are on the internal Web site

Note
In order to use a cover letter from your organization’s internal Web site, you must first save the cover letter on the computer that you are using to send the fax.
To use fax cover pages that are on the internal Web site
On the client computer, open an Internet browser, such as Internet Explorer.
In the address bar, type https://companyweb.

If you are using Internet Explorer as your Internet browser, you can view your internal Web site by clicking Internal Web site on the Favorites menu.

If your computer is running Windows Vista, the Windows Small Business Server Desktop Links gadget is installed on your computer. This gadget is displayed after you add it to the Windows Sidebar, and when the Windows Sidebar is open. To add the gadget, right-click the Windows Sidebar, click Add Gadgets, and then double-click Windows Small Business Server Desktop Links. To view your internal Web site by using the gadget, click Internal Web site.
In the Quick Launch pane, within Documents, click Fax Center.
On the Fax Center page, click Cover pages.
Copy the fax cover page listed in this document library to your local computer.
Click Start, click All Programs, and then click Windows Fax and Scan.
Click Tools, and then click Cover Pages.
In the Fax Cover Pages dialog box, click Copy.
In the Copy cover page to list of personal cover pages dialog box, navigate to and select the fax cover page that you copied in earlier, and then click Open.
In the Fax Cover Pages dialog box, click Close.
When you send a new fax, the downloaded cover page is now displayed in your list of fax cover pages.
