If you have enabled SSL, select HTTPS in the URI Scheme box. If you configured IIS with a different port than port 80 (for http) or port 443 (for https), specify the port number in the Port number box. |

This area identifies whether you are connecting to an AD RMS cluster on the local computer or on another computer on the network, or another AD RMS cluster. If you are connecting to another computer, type the fully qualified domain name or IP address in the Remote computer box. |

If the currently logged-on user account does not have the required permissions to modify settings on the cluster, you can specify a different user name and password. |
