Deploying Microsoft® Windows® Server 2003 regional domains involves creating new geographically based child domains under the forest root domain. Deploying new Windows Server 2003 regional domains allows you to create a new domain structure or improve your existing domain structure to take advantage of available bandwidth and optimize replication traffic.
