IDebugDocumentProvider::GetDocument
Causes the document to be instantiated if it does not already exist.

Parameters
ppssd
[out] The debug document corresponding to the document.
Return Value
The method returns an HRESULT. Possible values include, but are not limited to, those in the following table.
