GetType method

Retrieves the type of the selection.

Syntax

HRESULT retVal = object.GetType(peType);

Parameters

• peType [out]
  Type: SELECTION_TYPE

  Pointer to a variable of type SELECTION_TYPE that receives the selection type value.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
