SetCaretDirection method

Specifies which direction is defined as the forward direction of the insertion point.

Syntax

HRESULT retVal = object.SetCaretDirection(eDir);

Parameters

• eDir [in]
  Type: CARET_DIRECTION

  A CARET_DIRECTION enumeration value that specifies which direction is the forward direction of the insertion point.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
