IVoIPMgr::MicrophoneMute (Windows CE 5.0)
This method sets or retrieves the mute status of the microphone.

Parameters
- fMuted, pfMuted
[in, out] VARIANT_TRUE if the microphone is muted, and VARIANT_FALSE otherwise.
Return Values
If the HRESULT value passed to the SUCCEEDED macro returns TRUE, the method succeeded. Otherwise, the method failed.
