IBrowser::get_LocationURL (Windows CE 5.0)

The LocationURL read-only property gets the URL of the resource that the Internet browser is currently displaying.

Syntax

HRESULTget_LocationURL(BSTR* pVal);

Parameters

  • pVal
    [out] Reference to a string that receives the URL. The caller frees this buffer with the Windows CE SysFreeString function.

Return Values

This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:

  • S_OK
    The method completed successfully.

Remarks

If the resource is a folder or file on the network or local computer, the name is the full path of the folder or file in the Universal Naming Convention (UNC) format.
