NdisReadPortUchar (Windows CE 5.0)
The NIC driver calls this function to read a UCHAR from its NIC's I/O port.

Parameters
- NdisAdapterHandle
[in] Specifies the handle that the NDIS interface library associates with the network interface card. - Port
[in] Specifies the I/O port. - Data
[out]Points to the caller-supplied variable in which this function returns the byte read from Port.
Return Values
Returns the byte read from Port.

OS Versions: Windows CE .NET 4.0 and later.
