Automatically Refresh the Processes Window when the Debugger Steps (Windows CE 5.0)
You can choose to have Windws CE automatically refresh the processes window with new data.
To automatically refresh the Processes window when the debugger steps
On the Processes window toolbar, choose the Auto Refresh on Step button.

Right-click the Processes window and then choose Auto Refresh on Step from the shortcut menu.
