Migrating from Windows CE 2.12 and Windows CE 3.0
Effective with Windows CE .NET 4.2, the RAS Server Catalog item has been separated from the Dial-up Networking Catalog item (SYSGEN_PPP).
To retain prior functionality, ensure that SYSGEN_PPP_SERVER is set.
